How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies depending on where the package is to be shipped.
Posters sent within Sweden usually take between 1-3 business days
Posters sent to Norway usually take 2-5 business days, Germany 3-5 working days and within the UK 3-7 working days.

Is VAT included?

Yes, all products shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

What do I do if my product has broken?

If the damage has occurred in connection with the shipping, we will replace it. We ask you to take a picture of the damage and contact customer support at support@archiveseven.com and we will resolve this within 24h. Make sure to include order numbers and reason for complaint in an email together with a picture of your broken product.

I want to exchange my product?

You can change your order free of charge within 14 days if you change to a different color or size. For other exchanges, the difference is corrected and a new shipping charge may be charged. You pay the freight when you send your return to us. For more information, please refer to our terms of purchase.

I have not received any order confirmation or sms notification?

It may be that the purchase has not been reviewed. If you paid via Klarna, it may be time to update your contact information at klarna.se Please send an email or call us 08 800 777 and we will help you.
