Application and Consumer Protection
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase agreement that you conclude with Archive Seven AB, organization number 559075-9519, registered at Upplandsgatan 36, 11328 Stockholm hereinafter "Archive Seven". In order to take advantage of your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Buying Act (SFS 1990: 932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59), and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204) apply to all purchases at www.archive7.co.uk.
Prices and Fees
The prices quoted on www.archive7.co.uk are listed including VAT (VAT). Free shipping occurs on orders over 85 GBP within United Kingdom, Scotland and Ireland, unless otherwise stated.
Establishment of purchase agreement
Goods are ordered at www.archive7.co.uk or through our customer service. Purchase Agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by Archive Seven by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time of ordering. By the order you accept these Terms. Archive Seven does not include agreements with minors (under 18 years) without the goalkeeper's approval. At www.archive7.co.uk, agreements can only be entered with customers with shipping addresses in United Kingdom.
Archive Seven uses the following shipping options: • Item letter, for smaller items that can be left in the mailbox. • Packages, the goods are shipped to the nearest delivery point. When the package is available for pickup you will be notified by email. If you have not received your delivery within 2 business days, please contact customer service.
Packages that have not been retrieved within fourteen (14) days are returned to Archive Seven. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of GBP 29.00 for costs attributable to Archive Sevens administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unsold packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
You as a consumer always have fourteen (14) days' right of withdrawal under the Act on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (2005: 59). In order for you to be completely confident with your purchase, Archive Seven offers a total of thirty (30) days' right of withdrawal from receipt of the item or a substantial part of it. If you would like to return to your customer service during this time, please send us a return receipt. Archive Seven has no possibility of replacing the cost of return freight afterwards. You as a customer, of course, have the right to try and check the product at home to ensure that the product meets your expectations. If you return an unused item with associated labels and packaging within 30 days, the full amount will be refunded, or the required change will be made. If the quality of the product has been affected by the fact that you as a customer have handled it more than is necessary to investigate its features or features, deductions for the refund corresponding to the value of the product will be made. If a product deviates from the terms of the agreement between you and Archive Seven or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the product provided by Archive Seven, the product may be returned. Only original errors are covered by the right of complaint, for example, the right to claim does not cover errors caused by normal wear and tear. Complaint to Archive Seven shall be made within a reasonable time after the error has been discovered, but no later than 3 years. Archive Seven reserves the right to rectify the error in the first place, in the alternative, the delivery of the goods and, finally, repurchase. Archive Seven has no possibility of replacing the cost of return freight afterwards.
When returning, you are at risk of the goods, so it is important that the product can not be damaged during transport. In order for a full refund to be made, the product must be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging, all labels must be left and manuals will be shipped. Return of promotional goods
For purchases that qualify for gift or extra discount, the value of the gift or the extra discount is considered a general discount on the full amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and / or returned, returned goods are valued at the purchase price minus their relative share of the general discount. In case of change, no conversion of the original basis for gift or discount is made.
Archive Seven is responsible for goods that are damaged or disposed of during delivery to you. Complaints of transport damage shall be made within a reasonable period of time. Therefore, upon receipt of the shipment it is important to check that the goods are not transport damaged. Archive Seven recommends that you report a possible transport damage directly at the location of the extradition agent and then contact Archive Seven's customer service. Be sure to keep all packaging and product packaging in case of a transport damage.
In cooperation with Klarna we offer invoice payment, installment, debit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. By providing information at checkout, you agree to Klarnas terms and conditions. By clicking "Finish purchase" you agree to the terms and conditions of the Archive Seven. Klarna Checkout presents some information for you as soon as you are identified. What information you need to enter to obtain identification may vary between different purchases and customers. Some credit information is never taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Archive Seven have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Archive Seven is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with purchases in accordance with the Personal Data Act. By accepting the Purchase Agreement with Archive Seven, you agree to your information stored in order to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable update of your order status, and postings of offers from Archive Seven or Archive Seven's partners , By text, email or other direct mail. Price and Product Information
In case of any defects in stock status or price, Archive Seven reserves the right to cancel purchase agreements. Our usual delivery times are 1-3 days. NOTE! Orders made on weekends will be sent no earlier than Monday.

All prices in the shop are quoted in GBP and all prices include VAT.
We reserve the right adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, errors in the price list and price errors due to incorrect information.
5. Return Policy
When purchasing items on the website, you have a 30-day withdrawal period starting with the date the product was delivered.
5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to any depreciation of value of the product caused by the usage of, or damage to, the product as compared to its original value.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where that seal has been broken by you.
Products that have the character of sealed audio or video capture and where that seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for your needs or has a clear personal touch according to your request.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed that the service commences without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Single copies of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. In the event that the product still is damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we take it on ourselves to remedy the mistake free of charge, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been found.

If we fail to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping charges for approved complaints.

We do not accept liability for indirect damage that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may for example include: labor conflict, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or missing delivery from a supplier.
Furthermore, we have no liability for any changes to products / product features as amended by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this site as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.

Archive Seven AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provided to us as a customer.
